Read Your Card on File and Introductory Offer
Return the card paying the caller’s continuing Stripe subscription (brand, last four digits, expiry) and whether Checkout would charge each plan’s introductoryAmount from GET /v1/billing/plans on the first payment, which only an account the App Store does not bill, with no earlier subscription, payment, or unvoided invoice, gets. Read live from Stripe and never stored; 503 when Stripe is unavailable.
