Get Person Graph

Returns the precomputed person-graph document: career context per associated entity (entity facts, recent news, colleagues, similar entities with key people) and co-investors. Lists are capped and pre-ranked; the response is the display order. Hidden people and entities are excluded at materialization. When no document has been materialized yet, returns empty lists with computedAt=null and schedules an asynchronous recompute.
