Get an Async Web Search Job

Reads the web-search job a Prefer: respond-async search accepted. Answers 200 with the finished search (charged like a search), 202 with Retry-After while SerpAPI is still running it, 503 search_provider_error when the job ended without a result (run the search again), and 404 for an unknown job. Never starts or resubmits a provider search.
