Deprecated: Resolve an Entity or Person by Identifier Token

Deprecated
View as Markdown

Deprecated: use POST /v1/lookup?legacy=true with body {“name”:“<token>”}. Resolve any identifier token to its canonical entity or person. Tries UUID, then the stable public handle, then external registry ids, then the slug (with redirects). Returns 404 when nothing matches and 409 when an external id maps to multiple owners. A name or website URL is not a token; resolve it with the entity or person lookup.
